DELIVERY INFORMATION
SUPPLY OF CHOCOLATES:
Delivery will only be scheduled once an
order has been confirmed and
we have a cleared payment.
We use the postal service for deliveries nationwide on the mainland of
England, Wales and Scotland, and most goods are sent out first
class parcel post or recorded delivery /
guaranteed next day delivery if express delivery is
paid for.
Most items are held in stock so we can therefore
normally deliver within two/three working days of order being confirmed,
Saturday and Sunday excluded.
Because we use postal services we are unable to
guarantee the exact time of delivery.
(We are unable to guarantee Saturday
deliveries)
Depending on the size of the order we may
use courier services.
GOODS OUT OF STOCK:
We will contact you if
an item is out of stock and offer a substitute or request
further instructions. (It’s important we have a mobile or
day time phone number) If we are unable to contact you and
a substitute is not available the item will be marked
To Follow. This item will
automatically be sent out when back in stock. Information on
items out of stock is available on request only.
CHECKING OF GOODS ON DELIVERY:
We ask that all products are checked for
damages on delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, any
problems can then be resolved as soon as possible. (It's
in your interest to check).
WE UNDERTAKE:
To make every effort to
ensure that your order is delivered correct but we rely on you
to check the goods received when
signing for the delivery.
